NAFSMA Submits Comments on FEMA's New BRIC Program Attached are comments filed to the docket today on the FEMA’s proposed policy to implement the new Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) program.   
The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee today unanimously approved a substitute or managers amendment (attached) of America’s Water Infrastructure Act of 2020.  AWIA is the Senate version of the Water Resources Development Act.  A copy of the bill is attached.  The Senate Committee also unanimously approved the Drinking Water Infrastructure At of 2020 as well.

Administration Releases Final WOTUS Step Two Rule The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of the Army on January 23, 2020, released the prepublication version of the new final “Navigable Waters Protection Rule: Definition of Waters of the United States.” EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler and Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works) R. D. James announced the release of the final rule at a meeting of the National Association of Homebuilders in Las Vegas.
